Airframe only; no engine. Purchased from a flight school for kids to play on; they don't play on it much anymore.
Was registered in 2018; the story was someone bought it to learn to fly. They found out the engine had shavings in the oil and walked away from it.
I'm not a pilot or A&P, but the airframe is in decent shape although there are some minor dents, etc. No logs or documents.
I'll get it back on the ground; you haul. It's not too hard to get the wings off, and I have a forklift to help.
