New Aircraft Hangars At Newport State Airport

Dimensions:

• Hydro swing doors 60’ wide x 16’6” tall
• Full clearspan building (2 doors): 132’ x 51’ 6” interior 6800 sq ft.

These buildings are CMU block construction and Southeast Facing. Each hangar unit has its own driveway with a vehicle roll-up door 8' high / 10' wide and two personnel doors.

This quadrant of the airport has a gated private entrance with 24-hour passcode access.

Newport State Airport has two 75’ runways: 2632’ and 2999’ long, with the infrastructure to have these runways extended in the future.

The ground lease with the airport authority is until 8/2053.

These hangars are available for LLC membership buy-in or long term lease.

The on-site FBO has 100LL self service and deliverable Jet A fuel.
