Seller's notes

Brilliant family hauler, this has been a gem for our family and built great time in a complex retractable aircraft!

About this aircraft

You're not going to find another TR182 with such low time on airframe and engine and this avionics stack at this price point.
A clean, well maintained TR182 with a GTN 750Xi, dual G5s, and GFC 500 would be listed well north of $270K. This airplane gives you the same capability and mission profile and the logbooks to back it up.
If you haven't been considering a retractable 182 you should, you can build retrac time safely and cost-effectively meaning when you move up to that turbine in a few years insurance companies will write you a policy.
Owner is moving up to a pressurized aircraft.
