Seller's notes

1977 Cessna 182Q Skylane - Serious IFR Capability, Ready to Work. Impressive useful load!
N735WL is a well-equipped, honest airplane for the pilot who wants capability without the turbine operating costs.
The panel was upgraded in 2019 with a Garmin GTN 750 WAAS navigator, GTX 345 ADS-B, and integrates with the Century 300A autopilot - making this a legitimate IFR platform for cross-country flying. Vortex generators on the wing, elevator and rudder improve low speed handling and short field performance noticeably over a stock 182.
On the engine - let's address it directly.
The Continental O-470-U shows 2,138 hours since major overhaul - yes, that's over TBO (2,000 TBO). But here's what the records show: the current owner has flown this aircraft consistently, averaging 80 hours of flight per year over the last seven years. He reports the engine has been reliable throughout with no surprises. It has been maintained with regular oil analysis, and the 2026 annual included a camshaft inspection that came back clean - no irregular wear, spalling, or pitting documented. Magnetos were overhauled in 2021. Same engine serial number its entire life.
A regularly flown, consistently maintained, analytically monitored engine over TBO tells a different story than one that sat. The paperwork backs it up.
Complete logs and original documentation included. Annual completed March 2026.
Paint is presentable and clean. Parked in a hangar the majority of its life. Interior is functional with some age - honest airplane, priced accordingly.
Inquire for digital logbooks and additional pictures.
