This 2025 Cessna T206H Turbo Stationair HD was delivered new to the seller by Textron Aviation in Independence, Kansas, in November 2025 and has been owned and flown from Rock Hill, South Carolina, since. The seller reports 148 hours since new and continues to exercise the aircraft regularly, with Windsock ADS-B data showing 159 flights over the trailing twelve months. It is powered by a 310 horsepower turbocharged Lycoming TIO-540-AJ1A fitted with a Lycoming electronic ignition system in place of the right magneto, and the panel is built around a Garmin G1000 NXi integrated flight deck with synthetic vision, a GFC 700 autopilot, GTS 800 active traffic, ADS-B In and Out, and SiriusXM weather. Factory ordered equipment includes Kelly Aerospace electric air conditioning, oversize tires with composite wheel fairings, and a built in oxygen system. The remaining Textron airframe warranty and the Lycoming engine warranty both run through November 2027 and transfer to the next owner, and the McCauley propeller warranty runs through November 2028. The first annual inspection was completed by Vortex Aircraft Services on November 3, 2026, with compressions of 75, 72, 75, 75, 78, and 75 over 80, and an FAA and NTSB records search returned no accident or incident entries. This T206H is offered through Open Pattern by the seller in Rock Hill, South Carolina (KUZA), with complete airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks since new, FAA registration, the airworthiness certificate, the Textron delivery packet, and the pilot's operating handbook.
Cessna introduced the 206 in 1964 as a fixed gear, six seat development of the 210, and the type has since been used for charter, cargo, air ambulance, skydiving, survey, and backcountry work where payload and short unimproved strips matter more than speed. Production paused in 1986 and resumed in 1998 with the 206H and T206H, the latter powered by the 310 horsepower Lycoming TIO-540-AJ1A. Textron Aviation announced the Turbo Stationair HD at AirVenture in July 2016 as a heavier duty version of the T206H, the principal change being a 189 pound increase in maximum takeoff weight from 3,600 to 3,789 pounds, applied at the factory through Alamo Aerospace STC SA09860AC, with maximum landing weight unchanged at 3,600 pounds; the HD is also offered with oversize tires and, on current production, the G1000 NXi flight deck with the GFC 700 autopilot as standard. The added weight goes directly to payload, since the airframe, engine, and fuel capacity are otherwise those of the standard T206H.
The airframe wears its factory scheme of Matterhorn White with Rich Blue and Castle Tan accents, oversize 8.00x6 main and 6.00x6 nose tires were ordered with composite wheel fairings; the fairings are currently removed and convey with the aircraft, and the current weight and balance carries them as installed. Exterior lighting is LED throughout, including pulse recognition landing and taxi lights, and electric propeller anti ice is fitted. No damage, repair, or corrosion entries appear in the logbooks reviewed by Open Pattern. The only airframe work beyond scheduled items is the April 2026 replacement of a leaking right inboard aft wing fuel drain valve, a yoke map light dimmer knob, and a copilot side trim piece, together with resealing of both inboard wing leading edge fillet covers, all by Eagle Aviation Columbia.
The cabin is configured for six in Luxor leather with Alcantara inserts, with vertically adjusting crew seats, adjustable center row seats, a height adjustable center armrest, USB power fore and aft, and nine tinted windows. Seats one through four carry AmSafe inflatable restraints under STC SA01700LA. Kelly Aerospace electric air conditioning was installed under STC SA03302CH on November 14, 2025, before delivery, with a Form 337 on file. The aft bench seat and its belts were removed on December 8, 2025, with a corresponding weight and balance revision; the seat conveys with the aircraft. The built in oxygen system uses a 76 cubic foot cylinder with a pilot mask and five passenger cannulas, and a hand fire extinguisher is mounted in the cabin.
The Garmin G1000 NXi suite comprises dual 10 inch GDU 1050 displays with synthetic vision, dual GIA 64W WAAS nav/com/GPS units, a GFC 700 autopilot with Electronic Stability and Protection and underspeed protection, a GTX 345R transponder providing ADS-B Out and dual link ADS-B In, a GTS 800 active traffic advisory system, a GDL 69A SiriusXM weather and audio receiver, a GMA 1360 audio panel, and a GI 275 electronic standby instrument. Wireless database and flight plan loading is supported through Flight Stream. The GSU 75 attitude and heading reference unit was replaced with a new unit by Textron under warranty in November 2025. The ELT is an Artex ELT 1000 with a battery due October 2031. The static system, transponder, altimeter, air data computer, and GI 275 were certified by Textron Aviation on October 9, 2025, with the next certification due October 2027.
The Lycoming TIO-540-AJ1A, serial L-14956-61E, is a turbocharged, fuel injected six cylinder rated at 310 horsepower and was built in July 2025. In February 2026 Vortex Aircraft Services removed the right magneto and installed a new Lycoming EIS electronic ignition unit under Lycoming Service Instruction 1569B; the left magneto is original. An EZ Heat Model 440 engine heating pad was installed the same day. Oil and filter were changed in January, February, and June 2026 using SAE 20W-50 and Tempest filters, with no discrepancies noted. In April 2026 Eagle Aviation Columbia addressed a number three cylinder head temperature reading roughly 60 degrees above the others by cleaning and gapping both number three plugs and cleaning the number three injector nozzle per Lycoming Service Instruction 1275C, with operational and leak checks good. Compressions at the November 2026 annual were 75, 72, 75, 75, 78, and 75 over 80. No oil analysis program is recorded. The engine drives a McCauley B3D36C432/80VSA-1 three blade constant speed propeller with electric anti ice boots, hub serial 250235, original to the aircraft with no repair or reseal entries.
The first annual inspection was completed on November 3, 2026, by Fabian Osuna, A&P, with Luis Osuna, A&P IA, signing the return to service at Vortex Aircraft Services in Rock Hill, and covered the airframe, engine, and propeller with no defects noted. Airworthiness directives are recorded as complied with through that inspection, including AD 2015-19-07 on the fuel injector lines, AD 2017-11-10 on the exhaust system, and AD 2023-09-09 on the exhaust tailpipe coupling, which is next due by inspection in October 2027. An AD compliance report dated October 20, 2026, is included in the records. The pitot static and transponder certification is next due October 2027. Airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks are complete and continuous from new, and an FAA and NTSB records search returned no accident or incident entries.
The data plate lists serial number T20609824, and the standard airworthiness certificate was issued October 31, 2025, in the normal category. The aircraft is registered to a South Carolina professional corporation, with the bill of sale executed December 4, 2025, the certificate recorded January 9, 2026, and registration valid through January 31, 2033. An AIC Title search dated November 3, 2026, shows no liens of record. The current weight and balance dated December 8, 2025, shows an empty weight of 2,428.0 pounds at 42.55 inches aft of datum and a useful load of 1,361 pounds against the 3,789 pound maximum takeoff weight. Per the Textron specification incorporated in the purchase agreement, the airframe is warranted for two years or 1,000 operating hours from the November 24, 2025, delivery and the Garmin avionics hardware for two years, both through November 2027, with any remaining term transferring automatically to a subsequent purchaser; the Lycoming engine warranty runs 24 months or to TBO from first operation, through approximately November 2027, and carries its remaining balance to subsequent owners; the McCauley propeller warranty runs 36 months from delivery, through November 2028.
This T206H is offered through Open Pattern by the seller in Rock Hill, South Carolina (KUZA), with complete airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks since new, FAA registration, the airworthiness certificate, the Textron delivery packet, and the pilot's operating handbook.
