This 2005 Piper PA-32-301XTC 6XT has been owned by the seller since October 2017 and has accumulated 2,436.6 hours since new according to the airframe logbook. The original Lycoming TIO-540-AH1A ran its full life without overhaul to 2,335.4 hours and was replaced in October 2024 with a zero time Lycoming factory rebuilt engine that has since run approximately 101 hours; the Hartzell three blade propeller was overhauled by Foster's Propeller Service in September 2024 and reinstalled with it. The panel is built around an Avidyne Entegra EXP5000 primary flight display and EX5000 multifunction display paired with dual Garmin GNS 430W WAAS navigators, a Garmin GTX 330ES transponder with ADS-B Out, an L-3 SKY497 Skywatch active traffic system, a WX-500 Stormscope, and an S-TEC 55X autopilot. Factory air conditioning, a built in oxygen system, and a premium champagne leather interior with an executive writing desk are fitted. The logbooks are continuous from delivery in July 2005 and record no accident, incident, or structural repair entries. This 6XT is offered through Open Pattern by the seller in Fort Smith, Arkansas (KFSM), with complete airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks since new, FAA registration, and the airworthiness certificate.
Piper's PA-32 line began with the Cherokee Six in 1965 and evolved through the Saratoga series. The PA-32-301XTC, marketed as the 6XT, is the fixed gear, turbocharged variant introduced for the 2003 model year with the 300 horsepower Lycoming TIO-540-AH1A. The Avidyne Entegra glass panel was standard equipment on the model.
The aircraft was delivered new by The New Piper Aircraft in Vero Beach, Florida, on July 28, 2005, and the FAA registry shows five private owners plus one dealer pass through, a chain that matches the maintenance geography in the logbooks: Tampa from 2005 to 2011, Texas from 2011 to 2013, and Arkansas from 2013 onward. Tucker Aviation Services of Springdale, Arkansas, has performed every annual inspection since 2018. The airframe wears its factory DuPont Imron scheme of white with sable metallic, charcoal gray metallic, and silver platinum metallic striping; the top cowling was sanded and repainted to match in February 2021, and all three wheel fairings were repaired and repainted to match in October 2024. Knots 2U wingtips with Whelen G3 LED landing lights under Maxpulse control, AVEO Ultra Galactica LED nav and strobe lights, and a Whelen G3 LED landing and taxi light in the nose gear were installed under Form 337 entries dated October 2024 and August 2025. The left wing inboard fuel tank assembly was replaced with a new Piper unit in March 2014. The aft wing attach fittings received their 84 month inspection with no defects in October 2017, when the aileron ribs also passed NDT inspection. The only repairs recorded in the airframe logbook are fiberglass crack repairs to the wheel fairings, including tow bar damage to the nose wheel fairing in November 2018.
The cabin seats six in premium champagne leather with an executive writing desk, window shades, six place shoulder harnesses, and a Stratus panel mounted USB charging port added in 2018. Factory air conditioning is installed. The built in oxygen system received a new bottle in November 2018 with a hydrostatic test date of the same month; the five year retest was due in November 2023 and no retest entry appears in the records, so the system should be considered out of service until that status is confirmed.
Both Garmin GNS 430 units were upgraded to WAAS by Wings Avionics of Fayetteville, Arkansas, in April 2013 under STC SA01933LA-D and SA02018SE-D with GA35 antennas and new RG400 coax, and the number one unit was factory repaired in August 2023. The Avidyne EXP5000 PFD was exchanged under factory warranty in July 2014, and the EX5000 MFD runs release 8.1. A Garmin GI 106 indicator provides nav and glideslope backup, and a Mid-Continent 4300-411 electric standby attitude indicator is installed; its internal battery was last replaced in February 2015 with no later replacement recorded. A Garmin GMA 340 audio panel with Bose interface, the GTX 330ES transponder installed by Van Bortel Aircraft in August 2017 with ADS-B Out performance verified to 14 CFR 91.227, the L-3 SKY497 Skywatch and WX-500 Stormscope installed in November 2005, and SiriusXM weather and audio complete the stack. The S-TEC 55X autopilot includes autotrim, GPSS roll steering, altitude preselect, and electric trim. ADS-B In is not installed. The ELT battery was replaced in August 2025 and is due in August 2028. The Hobbs meter, which records airframe total time on this aircraft, read 2,436.6 at intake in August 2026.
The Lycoming TIO-540-AH1A is a turbocharged, fuel injected six cylinder rated at 300 horsepower. The current engine, serial RL-9989-61A, is a zero time Lycoming factory rebuilt unit carrying a Certificate of Conformance dated July 1, 2024, with new or newly rebuilt accessories including both magnetos. Tucker Aviation Services installed it on October 19, 2024, at 2,335.4 hours with new upper and lower engine mounts, two new oil coolers, new engine hoses throughout, a new TIT probe, and a new turbo inlet duct, and rebuilt the nose gear at the same time. Compressions recorded at the December 2025 annual were 75, 78, 76, 77, 76, and 76 over 80. Oil and filter have been changed at 30 to 45 hour intervals since the rebuild using Phillips X/C 20W-50 with Camguard, with each filter cut and inspected and no contaminants found. No oil analysis program is recorded. A new Skytec starter, starter solenoid, and Concorde RG24-15M main battery were installed in 2025 and 2024 respectively. The Hartzell HC-I3YR-1RF three blade constant speed propeller, serial HK1097B, is original to the aircraft and has been overhauled twice, in May 2012 at 954.8 hours and in September 2024 by Foster's Propeller Service; it carries the same 101 hours as the engine and is next due by calendar in September 2030.

The pitot static system and transponder were certified on August 6, 2026, by ABS Avionics of Fort Smith and are next due in August 2028. Airworthiness directives are recorded as verified through December 2025. The fuel injector line inspection under AD 2015-19-07 is next due at 2,510.9 hours, the induction air filter under AD 84-26-02 at 2,835.4 hours, and the stabilator control cable inspection under AD 2013-02-13 at 3,847.0 hours or February 2028. Annual inspections are logged every year from 2006 through 2025 with no multi year gaps in use, averaging roughly 116 hours per year over the aircraft's life. Airframe, engine, and propeller logbooks are complete and continuous from new.
The data plate lists serial number 3255034, and the standard airworthiness certificate was issued July 28, 2005, in the normal category. The aircraft is registered to an LLC in Fort Smith, Arkansas, with the certificate issued October 31, 2017, and valid through October 31, 2027.
