Damage History - November 8, 1990 Essex County Airport CDW - Caldwell, NJ - During Take off and Immediately after rotation the pilot pulled the aircraft into the air prematurely. In an attempt to gain speed he retracted the landing gear. The pilot could not maintain a climb and the airplane descended to the ground and landed gear up. The airplane was transported to Alpin Aviation (FAA Certified Repair Station) in Maryland for repair. The repair was completed and the airplane was returned to service April 16, 1991. The aircraft had 463.3 Hours Total Time when it was returned to service. Aircraft has Different Engine and Prop and has flown more than 2500 hours since the damage occurred. Damage history has been factored into the price.
