First year of the BIG DOOR. First year of the G600. First year of the JPI EDM-930 Engine Monitor. A NDH, well-maintained, big door, A-1C w/ a Lycoming fuel-injected 200HP AND G600- a RARE combination as the MSRP was almost $100,000 more than a VFR 180HP Husky as delivered. The Garmin GTX345 Transponder puts ADS-B weather and traffic on the G600 and 430W, and the JPI EDM-930 color engine instrumentation system has 4 point CHT, 4 point EGT and a Fuel Flow Totalizer. Normal options (like baggage door, aft stowage and right side landing lights) plus lots of upgrades that include front & rear airbags, Reiff engine heater, LED landing/taxi lights and strobe/nav lights, GDL69A Sat Wx/Music receiver and a 2 blade 205cm MT Prop for the ultimate in performance and lightweighting!
Complete logs since new are posted under "Service Logs", along with the FAA 337 file. All compressions over 75+.
In 2020, MAC installed new engine Lord mounts, new engine Scat tubing, new landing gear bungees with SGS kit, new fuel sight tubes, overhauled magnetos, new sparkplug harnesses and the new improved model manifold pressure line. Does that other Husky you're looking at have all that done? It's not because it doesn't need it, it's because the owner and his mechanic don't know or don't care. After hundreds of Huskies sold and maintained, WE KNOW THE HUSKY like nobody else!
The 2009 Husky has almost 12” more legroom for pilot entry at the door compared to 2008 and earlier models, a vernier mixture control for easier leaning, a locking outside door handle and new design inside door handle for easier opening. Two other significant changes (esp. for tall pilots) is the G600 panel offers over ½” extra knee clearance under the panel and there are almost 2 FULL INCHES of extra knee room under the prop and mixture controls.
We deliver anywhere in the Lower 48 for expenses! Quality trades considered!
