Damage history
In 2010, at 220-hrs. Big Al was subjected to a hard landing. No prop strike, but it bent RH door frame and gear. Airplane was repaired by American Legend. As part of the repair, they re-covered the fabric on the fuselage and the landing gear. This is detailed in Airframe logbook PDF, posted to the right, and has been factored in to the selling price of the airplane.
