The Exhaust Valve was Lapped with a Compound for a Better Seal, Cylinders were Flushed, and Hardware was Re-Installed Resulting in 47/80 on Cylinder 1 and Cylinder 4 Improved to 62/80. The Minimum Orifice Reading is 43/80, Per TCM Manual.

2012: Repaired Forward Inboard/Outboard Aft Aux Wing Fuel Bladder, Installed D'Shannon Cooling Baffle Kits on Engines, MOTORS OVERHAULED by SIGNATURE and Re-Installed with New Lord Mounts and Flex Hoses, AD 09-08-14 Spar Inspection C/W - No Defects, Stainless Steel Fastener Kit Installed.                                                                               

2009: (MAR) New LH Wing Bladder Installed

2000: AUG - New Exterior Paint & Interior by Phoenix Aviation. White Base, Alpine Green, Platinum, and Light Burgundy Striping. Milburn Leather Upholstery, Oyster White Trim, and Essential Carpet in the Cabin, NEW WINDSHIELD Installation.

During the Annual Inspection, the Nose Gear Partially Retracted, Bending the PROP TIPS. Pitot Masts and Tubes Were Replaced. A Micro Vortex Generator Kit and New Door Seals Were Also Installed. OCT - Flight Hour Meter Replaced, Factory REMANS Installed with New Slick Mags and Overhauled Fuel Injectors.

1997: (May) Accident Description - "After a Normal Touch and Go landing the Nose Gear Collapsed Upon Striking Three Wild Pigs on the Runway Centerline. At No Time Were The Pigs Visible Prior to Touchdown. Major Structural Fuselage Skin Damage Aft of The Nose Landing gear, ENGINES AND Props." The Shimmy Dampener Was Overhauled. Part Replacement Included a Serviceable Nose Strut Assembly, New Nose Drag Brace Assembly and Associated Hardware, New Nose Gear Doors, New Heater Duct Work, New Alternators, New Pitot Tubes, and Masts, Front Nose Skins (Bulkhead and Keel), Dye Penetrant Was Used to Check the Gear Retract Linkage Arm. New Lord Mounts and Bolts Were Included With 2 Reman Engines, S/N 810400-R and S/N 810399-R at 4770 HM. SEE FORM 337 for Details.                                                         

1996: New Wings Bolts and Doubler Kit 58-4008 Installed Due to Cracks in the Forward and Aft Carry-Through Spar at 4540-TTAF.   

1991: IRAN Performed - a Zyglo Black Light and Eddy Current Methods Were Used in All Visual Inspections. Stabs Were Removed and Spars Inspected. Flight Controls Were Removed, Checked for Cracks and Corrosion, Reinstalled and Rigged. The Wings Were Removed and Inspected for Corrosion Along With the Fuselage and All Wing and Fuselage Attach Fittings. The Right-Hand Forward Corner Carry-Through Spar and Left-Hand Corners of the Aft Web on the Forward Carry-Through Were Repaired IAW SB 2269 and Kit 58-4008-98 and 110. In Addition, Landing Gear Shock Struts Were Resealed, The Flap Motor Was Replaced, New Wing Bolts and Tail Hardware Were Installed. Wings Were Re-Installed and Wing Bolts Were Coated With MIL-C-16173D Corrosion Preventative Compound. New Interior Upholstery Was Installed in the Cabin by Thunderbird Aviation. Overhauled Props Were Included.
